Lexus of NO and even Lexus corporate is the absolute worse! I have owned and had my vehicle serviced by Lexus and only Lexus of NO for yrs and i can honestly say this is the worst experience I have ever had. Not only did they give me an outrageous estimate to repair my car, suggesting even to just replace the car w/a new one, but they then explained to us they don't really know what's wrong w/the car. it could cost $3K to repair to 10's of thousands. Donnie Picou was our salesman, and he was such a pleasure to work with. At one point, while my husband and I were busy with paperwork, he sat down with our two little girls and read books to them to keep them occupied! It was very sweet!
The saleswoman Renee Watkins, she really went out her way to make sure I was very comfortable in our conversation. Even though I was not ready to make a purchase she never try to push &pull with me. First time I can say I am very unhappy with the service at Lexus of NO. Had a specific problem that needed to be addressed with my car and was told I would have to leave it to have it worked on. After being told everything was fixed I returned to get my car and once I returned home, I realized the problem I took it in for wasn't even addressed.
